2025 Sewer Rehab Project

Project is nearly complete. All of the sewer line segments selected for rehabilitation on this project have been intalled. All that remains is some asphault restoration in the Tiburon service area. Work is tentatively scheduled for the week of 10/27-10-31  (White Trucks/Green Lettering - APB Engineering).

Main Plant Digester Cleaning and Rehabilitation Project

Project has begun - project is over 60% complete -the first phase of the project is complete with the secondary digester now cleaned and back in service (Primairy degister is next to be cleaned) Continued grinding and sandblasting noise operations will tentatively begin on 10/ 28 through 11/07 (for the Primary Digester Cover). We understand the project noise is a nuisance not only to the neighboring community but also to staff. Rest assured that this type of operation only occurs every once every 10-15 years. This required rehabilitation will ensure the continued safe, reliable and efficient operation our community has come to expect from SD5.
