NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Board of Directors of Sanitary District No. 5 of Marin County adopted a preliminary budget for the fiscal year 2024-2025 at a duly noticed Board of Director’s meeting on April 11, 2024.

The Board of Directors of Sanitary District No. 5 of Marin County has set the date of June 20th, 2024, for the public hearing and consideration of adoption of the proposed fiscal year 2024-2025 final budget. The meeting will commence at 5:00 p.m., on Thursday, June 20th 2024, at Sanitary District No. 5 of Marin County located at 2001 Paradise Drive Tiburon CA 94920

All interested ratepayers of the District are invited to appear and be heard regarding the decrease, increase, or omission of any item of the budget or for the inclusion of additional items.

Copies of the budget are available for inspection at the District office and can also be found in the Board Packet of 4/11/2024 (on this Website)
