NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AT A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SANITARY DISTRICT NO. 5 REGARDING POTENTIAL SEWER RATE INCREASES
Please take notice that on Thursday, June 22nd, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. at the Sanitary District No. 5 of Marin County Main Plant Meeting Room, located at 2001 Paradise Drive, Tiburon, Marin County, California, the Board of Directors of Sanitary District No. 5 shall hold a public hearing at its special meeting to consider the passage of an Ordinance concerning the following: “An Ordinance establishing a single sewer service rate and increasing the Sewer Service Charges district wide”
All interested residents of the District are invited to appear and be heard.
Copies of the proposed Ordinance to be considered, and of the Sewer Service Charge Study for the Districts service areas are available for review at the District officeand online at www.sani5.org. To request copies, please call (415) 435-1501.
